These terms are an agreement between you and Bowlful Nutrition, Inc. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Give us accurate information, and keep your pet and delivery details up to date so plans and orders are correct.

Plans, subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically on a recurring schedule until you cancel.
• Prices are shown before you order. We will tell you in advance of any price change.
• You can skip, pause or cancel from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund an order already in production.

Nutrition guidance is not veterinary care

Bowlful plans are built from established veterinary nutrition formulas and reviewed by nutritionists, but they are general guidance, not a diagnosis or a substitute for your own veterinarian. Always consult your vet about your pet's health, especially for medical conditions, pregnancy or rapid weight change.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Intellectual property

The Bowlful name, logo, recipes, content and software are owned by Bowlful Nutrition, Inc. and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Bowlful is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
