Fresh food needs to arrive cold and on time. Here is how Bowlful delivery, changes and refunds work.

Where we deliver

We ship across the contiguous United States. Delivery is free on the Complete and Multi-Pet Pack plans.

How meals ship

• Meals are gently cooked, flash-chilled, and packed in recyclable insulated boxes with plant-based ice packs.
• Boxes arrive cold. Refrigerate on arrival, serve the daily packs, and store the rest per the label.
• You choose the delivery schedule and can change it from your dashboard.

Skip, pause or reschedule

You can skip a delivery, pause for a trip, or change your date any time from your dashboard, with no fees. Please make changes before your box enters production, which is noted in your account.

First-box happiness guarantee

If your pet does not take to their first box, tell us within 14 days and we will swap the recipe or refund that box. No return shipping needed.

Damaged or delayed shipments

If a box arrives damaged, warm, or late, email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Cancel future deliveries any time from your dashboard. Orders already in production ship and bill as scheduled.
